Resolved - Sage Field Operations experienced a service outage due to a major incident with Amazon Web Services (AWS), our cloud hosting provider. AWS has resolved the underlying issue and all Operix services appear to be fully restored.

Update - Update - Our cloud hosting provider (AWS) is continuing to recover from today's outage, and we are seeing our services recover as well. Customers should be able to use the product, but may encounter intermittent issues as AWS recovery continues.
